About the beta
Is the web Siddur already available?
Yes. The web reader is available at siddur.benonionline.com. Beta requests are for the native iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS experience.
How are invitations delivered?
iPhone and iPad invitations are delivered through Apple TestFlight. Android invitations use Google Play internal testing. Desktop access instructions are sent directly to selected testers.
Does the app require my location?
No. Location is optional. When enabled, it is used to determine the Hebrew date, halachic times, Israel or Diaspora context, and the direction toward Jerusalem.
Does the app replace a rav or printed Siddur?
No. The app is a prayer and study tool. Questions of personal practice or halacha should be brought to a qualified rav.
